They lie about their rating on the BBB they have an F. They charge an initiation fee, but its against the Credit Repair Organization Act to charge in advanced for work not yet done. They wont start your work until you pay this fee, so there is no way of avoiding paying ahead for services not yet rendered. They rush through my contract, I had no idea about an ending balance. They will charge a months fee at the end to cancel services. Beware of this company, for the services they do, the cost is not worth it. If you ask them to remove your payment method they will say no and offer no guarantee of no future charges. The customer service will curse at you on the phone, get irate, hang up, if you ask for a refund. I wish I did more research before contacting this this company. I wish I could get my money back.
Either way, you should always remove any errors or outdated information from your credit report — regardless of the actual effect on your score — as soon as you discover them. A clean credit report can give you peace of mind the next time you apply for a loan; you’ll know that an inaccurate credit score isn’t holding you back from qualifying for a better interest rate, saving you time and money in the long run.

"I love CreditRepair.com, I was advised in April 2014 to use them by my son and dad, and they have been much help so far. I am able to track all 3 bureaus and the activity that goes on. My score is not perfect just yet, but they have removed most of the hard inquiries, which raised my score 40 points in no time. Thank you CreditRepair.com. I definitely recommend to all my friends and who ever comes across this post."
For the most part, Credit Saint's reputation is good: accreditation and an "A+" rating with the Better Business Bureau is strong evidence that they're helping people repair their credit in a way that is trustworthy and effective. There are also almost no negative reviews registered at the BBB for this company, which is impressive for a business that has been around for over 14 years. We found a few reviews that expressed frustration with Credit Saint's higher-than-average fees for credit repair services, but the company is very transparent with what you'll pay. We would like to see a clearer explanation of all of their services, particularly the "dispute avalanche".
"Without a doubt I was at the end of my rope and profoundly desperate to turn my credit score around. I was tempted to consult with individuals who were promising and guaranteeing quick results for an astronomical fee. After speaking with a CreditRepair.com representative, I felt comfortable and was willing to give them the opportunity to assist me and I have been exceptionally satisfied with their service."
"In MY experience (of course you decide for yourself), the company is great and responsive for erroneous things that really should come off and that can be taken care of in the first month with the first set of challenges. I made the mistake of letting them convince me to keep on allowing them to challenge and re-challenge the same issues, with no progress made and considerable expenditure on my part. Be aware of the other ramifications of having these "challenges" on your record that they don’t tell you about. Good luck!"
Unlike some of their competitors, MSI Credit Solutions doesn't expect you to handle any of your disputes or other documents needed to manage your credit repair process. They draft all of the necessary letters and make contact with the credit bureaus, collections agencies, and other creditors on your behalf. And, as part of their credit repair process, they also help you to establish appropriate lines of credit to build your score in a positive direction while removing negative items from your credit history.
Credit repair services: Credit Saint’s services are broken up between three different packages: Credit Polish, Credit Remodel and Clean slate. All three packages include help with items such as late payments, identity theft, charge-offs, collections and inquiries. Items like bankruptcies, repossessions and judgments are available on the higher-tier plans. Clean Slate is their most aggressive plan.
"CreditRepair.com does a wonderful job on following through with promised tasks. I have been with CreditRepair.com for less than 3 months and have received better results than I have with any other credit repair services. The service representatives are well trained in customer service and it shows through their abilities to be patient and in answering questions thoroughly. Thank You!"
Credit repair services: My Credit Group’s comprehensive suite of credit repair services includes credit bureau disputes, goodwill interventions, debt validation and original creditor negotiation. If the firm fails to get an item deleted, they attempt to negotiate a “pay for delete.” After addressing the client’s negative credit issues, the company helps the client open new lines of credit to improve their credit score. My Credit Group helps many clients qualify for a home loan through their credit repair services.
A credit repair company initiates credit challenges to bureaus when they notice errors in your credit reports. Credit report disputes involve challenging credit bureaus, drafting goodwill letters to remove late payments and contacting data furnishers to verify old debts. Credit repair specialists review the results and, if necessary, escalate the dispute process.
