A good credit repair company first pulls your credit reports from each of the three major credit bureaus in order to pinpoint your credit issues. Why all three? Because each credit reporting agency has its own “data furnishers” (aka lenders, credit card companies, debt collectors, etc.), that report your credit information to them. And there may be errors that appear on one of your credit reports, but don’t appear on the others
You're also entitled to a free credit report if you've been turned down for credit because of something on your credit report, if you're currently receiving government assistance, if you're unemployed and plan to look for a job soon, or if you think you've been a victim of credit card fraud or identity theft. Some states even have laws that let you get an additional free credit report each year. All these free credit reports should be ordered directly through the credit bureaus.
There are no overnight fixes when it comes to your credit, and repair is no exception. Depending on the type, and number, of items on your report you wish to dispute, repair can take anywhere from six weeks to more than a year. No credit repair agency can give you a “30-day guarantee” to solve all of your problems — not only is it unlikely, it’s illegal.
Credit card consolidation - is it right for you? If you're carrying a high interest rate across multiple cards, you may benefit from such services. With more and more Americans facing large medical bills, job loss, and other financial setbacks, credit card debt is higher than ever. And, with interest rates and late fees, it's not unusual for people to get in over their heads. Credit card consolidation helps consumers to better manage their debt and get back on solid financial footing once more.
Many credit repair leads fall flat when too much time is invested trying to acquire the client. Through the ability to digitally sign credit repair agreements, your company can keep a stronger hold on your potential client’s attention. Advanced setting management: TurboDispute software provides separate settings to control different aspects of your business. You have dashboards for Customer Management, Referral Management, Affiliate Management, Account Management and Dispute Letter Management as well as Software Customization.

A credit repair agency doesn’t technically do anything that you can’t do yourself, but the service is worth it for many people who find the DIY credit repair process time consuming and confusing. The best credit repair service combines financial education with proven techniques to remove negative items from your credit history. If your poor credit resulted from a complicated situation out of your control, such as identity theft, professional credit repair services save you time and effort.
It involves identifying questionable negative information on your credit reports and challenging the negative items in question. But, it can also require following up with the credit bureaus and to get the negative items from your credit reports removed. If you have been a victim of identity theft, it is highly likely that you have multiple accounts that need to be disputed.
"My credit before I found CreditRepair.com on a TV commercial was way low - like in the 300’s. I had liens and 12 yr. old stuff. When I talked to a consultant they explained why they were still on my credit report, & I liked the answer. Since then my credit has doubled & I was able to get a Visa & a gas card, which I couldn’t before so thank you CreditRepair.com"

Will you get effective credit repair services from Credit Assistance Network? Their reputation is puzzling. On the one hand, they've been in the industry for more than 10 years and have only positive reviews on the Better Business Bureau website - and yet, their rating with the BBB is only a mediocre "C+". We also felt misled by the CAN website, which said that their rating was a flawless "A+". Can you trust a company to repair your credit if, from the very start, they're not fully honest with their own reputation?

Lenders and others usually use your credit report along with additional finance factors to make decisions about the risks they face in lending to you. Having negative information on your credit report or a low credit score could suggest to lenders that you are less likely to pay back your debt as agreed. As a result, they may deny you a loan or charge you higher rates and fees.
