Become familiar with the information contained in each of your credit reports. They'll all look very similar, even if you've ordered them from different bureaus. Each credit report contains your personal identifying information, detailed history for each of your accounts, any items that have been listed in public record like a bankruptcy, and the inquiries that have been made to your credit report.
Digging around a little more, though, we were left with some question marks. First, several places on the site refer to a 6-month, prepaid package plan that comes with a 6-month guarantee but this isn't listed on the Pricing page. Then, we were happy to see lots of informative articles on the Credit Resource Section - but disappointed to find that the Regulations page was totally blank.
We got even more confused when reading through the company's return and refund policy. It talks about returning software to Pyramid - but every description of the service says that it can all be accessed online. Why would they be shipping software to their customers - and would their customers install it with no clear explanation as to what it's used for?

Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), credit bureaus have 30 to 45 days to investigate a disputed claim. If they can’t verify it within that time, they must remove the entry. For example, if you file a dispute with a credit bureau over a late payment and your creditor can’t verify the information, the bureau must remove that late payment from your credit report. Avoid at all costs! Do not use them, use one of their competitors. Any of their competitors, frankly. From the get-go, everything took forever to on-board. It took them two months to set up my account, even after badgering them about it (daily) for a month, via chat. In the 6 months that I used them, they removed but a single negative remark off of my credit. 1 out of the 20 (across the three major credit bureaus). Terrible execution on their part, from their membership correspondence to their ambiguously phrased chat responses. "We're sorry, we really are..." or "Bear with us, we are trying hard for you...: Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah... They removed ONE SINGLE NEGATIVE REMARK IN 6 MONTHS!!! I spent over $1K using them and they did virtually nothing for me. Save your money and go elsewhere or call the credit bureaus yourself, as ALL THEY DO is challenge negative remarks. Their service is pointless and costly. I'm absolutely positive you'll get some bureaucratic, bull crap answer from them below my review, but know this. THEY DON'T DO THEIR JOB AND THEY MAKE UP EXCUSES and their software barely functions. I complained to their IT department 10+ times and they still didn't fix it on the 6th month of service. Just rubbish!
"At first I was amazed with seeing how many items were being removed from my credit report, but at the same time I noticed CreditRepair.com was showing one score, but when it was time to pull my report and score again, they didn't even come close to what credit repair was showing. That was very frustrating to me. I joined November 2013 until July 2014, and sacrificed the $89 a month. I was with the program 8 months. I possibly would join again."
I responded to the ad=SCAM On craigslist. The man that spoke with an accent told me after the sign up process they would email me a list of houses. That raised my suspicions right then and there. I should of just hung up. But when i did I could NEVER get a hold of anyone, NEVER a solid answer. Nothing but a scam. i also feel this service made my already bad credit worse. 1st i got an email saying a negative was removed then i got an email saying it was back.
The credit bureau usually has 30 days after receiving your dispute to investigate and verify information. Typically, the credit bureau will reach out to the company that provided the information and ask them to investigate. The credit bureau is required to send you the results of the investigation within five business days of the completion of the investigation.

"I like that you are helping me to improve my credit, even though the price is a little high but it's worth doing it for my future. I just wish it would improve a little faster and also get rid or lower the interest rate on the federal loan, hopefully I can see a better score next month or so. I do plan on getting a new car some time next year or so depending on the status of my credit."
If the company's credit repair specialists identify errors on your credit reports, they dispute those errors on your behalf. A credit repair company handles everything from drafting letters to managing correspondence with credit reporting agencies, creditors and debt collectors.
