"I went and got a new car in Feb 2013 signed the contract and drove off with my new car. A few weeks later I get a call that the financing had fell through or that's what I was told so I returned the car after realizing it wasn't worth it with an interest rate at 22%. "We're sorry, we really are..." or "Bear with us, we are trying hard for you...: Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah... They removed ONE SINGLE NEGATIVE REMARK IN 6 MONTHS!!! I spent over $1K using them and they did virtually nothing for me. Save your money and go elsewhere or call the credit bureaus yourself, as ALL THEY DO is challenge negative remarks. Their service is pointless and costly. I'm absolutely positive you'll get some bureaucratic, bull crap answer from them below my review, but know this. THEY DON'T DO THEIR JOB AND THEY MAKE UP EXCUSES and their software barely functions. I complained to their IT department 10+ times and they still didn't fix it on the 6th month of service. Just rubbish!
eCreditAttorney has a rock-bottom rating with the Better Business Bureau: F. According to the BBB, the provider has failed to respond to numerous customer complaints in the past three years. Customers describe getting no response from anyone at the company, even after multiple emails and phone calls, and worse - no progress on improving their credit reports after months of paying fees. Why would anyone entrust their credit repair to a company that can't even do a minimal job of keeping their customers - and the BBB - satisfied? You'll have a more positive experience with another service.

Can you count on Credit Repair Consultants to deliver? Probably not. According to the BBB, they requested documentation from the service in 2013 and 2014, to show that they were in compliance with the FTC's standards for credit repair. As of our review, the BBB still hadn't received it. We also saw that it took the company more than 6 months to respond to a customer complaint online, and that the most recent articles in the "Credit Repair News" section of the website was from nearly two years prior to our review.

I have 1 negative item, and its just a really simple negative item that they haven't been able to remove in 6 months now. Theyre just sitting there collecting their monthly subscription money from me and not doing a thing. Couldve just payed the $300 debt off and had it removed already and would have cost me 10x less then I've paid to credit repair!! Ridiculous!!!!

There are a lot of reasons that your credit may be in rough shape. Most are related to your spending habits. And, if you missed a few payments or your debt levels are too high—think over 30% of your total available credit limits—disputing errors won’t help you. You’ll have to make some changes to improve your credit scores instead. And you may have to wait a bit to see an uptick.
